Delivery Process
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After your order has been completed, you will receive an email message with the details of the processing your order time to time.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners would deliver the package to you at the earliest possible time. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they would contact you to make an appointment for delivery.
Item Packaging
We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

Track the Order After Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our store.

Note: – In one-of-situation, we might dispatch your package through a different courier partner than mentioned above due to unavoidable circumstances.
Delivery Time
We dispatch most orders within 5 business days, post payment confirmation. The estimated shipping time (in business days i.e. excluding public holidays and Sundays) may vary from item to item and may range between 1 to 14 business days. The shipping time mentioned refers to delivery in those areas covered by reputed couriers through which we send our consignment. In case a reputed courier does not cover a particular remote location then we will send the consignment by speed/registered post through the Indian Postal Services, which may take additional 1-2 weeks depending upon the location. With every order, we will send you an email containing the details of the order placed by you.
Shipping Options
We provide two shipping options – Free & Priority for any items below 5KG (volumetric weight) and Standard & Fast for any items above 5KG (volumetric weight).
We charge for shipping for items above 5KG (volumetric weight). Charges would be visible on Cart and Checkout page.
With Free & Standard Shipping, the processing time is 3-5 business days whereas for Priority Shipping, the processing time is 1-3 business days.
For international shipping, the shipping fee would be levied according to the weight & shipping zone of delivery. For more details on international shipping, please contact us at support@quantab.co.in

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Service is available for cart value up to INR 10,000 only.
  • Quantab Technology Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

FAQs

Can I send the Order to a different Address other than the registration Address?

Yes, you can send the Order to an Address different than the Registration Address. You will be given an option to send the Order to a New Address, on the Shipping Address Page after adding the Product to the Cart

Can I ship the Order I bought to Multiple Addresses?

Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place Multiple Orders.

Can I order for my business and claim GST?

Yes, you can. Please do contact us via email and provide us details like the order number, your company/organization name, billing address along with GST number. You can also mention your GST number on the order form before placing the order.

Can I order bulk quantity and avail special pricing?

Yes, you can. Share the details with us on email and we would work out a special deal for you.
